SourceMora ("we", "us") runs sourcemora.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site or order from us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you provide it), and anything you include in your messages.
• Payment information: When you pay using the payment link we email you, we receive your name, email, shipping address, transaction ID, and payment amount. We do not receive or store your card or bank details; the payment provider processes them under its own privacy policy.
• Website data: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic. It may collect your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site. See "Cookies" below.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and confirm your order.
• To process payment, ship your order, and send tracking updates.
• To handle returns, refunds, and customer support.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• To send marketing emails only if you opt in (see below).

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to fulfill your order:

• Our payment provider, to process your payment.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your package.
• Our fulfillment supplier, who packs and ships your order. We give them your name, shipping address, and phone number (if needed for delivery).
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Some of these partners are located outside the United States (including in China), so your shipping information may be processed there.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Marketing emails

We send product updates or offers only if you ask to receive them. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in. You can also reply "unsubscribe" at any time. Order-related emails (confirmation, shipping, refunds) are not marketing, and you will still receive them.

Cookies

Our site uses only essential cookies needed to run it. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes. Then we delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of marketing. Email chopin@sourcemora.com with the subject "Privacy request." We'll respond by email. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Children

Our site and products are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as limiting access and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
