Customization

Custom drinkware: logo, color and packaging decisions.

Customization works better when artwork, finish and packaging are treated as production requirements rather than late-stage decoration.

Give artwork in a usable format.

Share the logo file, preferred colors, placement and approximate dimensions. Ask the supplier to confirm the proposed decoration method and provide a digital artwork approval before production. A reference image alone is rarely enough.

Connect finish to the product use.

Color and surface treatment affect appearance, handling and durability. Explain whether the product will be a retail item, a corporate gift, an event item or a premium promotion. Then evaluate the finish on the physical sample, not only a screen mockup.

Make packaging part of the quote.

Specify whether you need individual boxes, inserts, manuals, barcodes, outer cartons or special packing methods. Packaging affects unit cost, damage risk, carton size and shipping calculation.

Approve a final physical sample and written artwork record before mass production. Changes made after approval can affect time, cost and consistency.
